Kristi Lynn Kelley is a Dallas | Fort Worth-based professional, educator, and business leader with a diverse background in performing arts, education, and organizational development. She earned her BFA in Theatre with a specialization in education from Midwestern State University and is a certified Meisner teacher, having studied under Larry Silverberg at The True Acting Institute. With years of experience teaching advanced acting techniques and directing at Northwest High School in Justin, TX, Kristi has a deep passion for cultivating talent and inspiring growth in others.
As the co-founder of Synaptic Strategies, an HR consulting firm, Kristi helps organizations build better workplaces using neuroscience and emotional intelligence. She is dedicated to creating environments where people feel valued, supported, and empowered to do their best work. Currently pursuing her MBA in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management at the University of North Texas, she integrates her expertise in education, theatre, and social-emotional learning to drive meaningful change in workplace culture.
